- Provide quotes and quote coordination, including 11400 spec projects, using Quoting and Sales Management Software (AutoQuotes and Sales Force/Rev)
- Analyze and understand written specification & drawings
- Accountable for accurate and on time quoting for customers
- Effectively manage phone and email inquiries from customers, outside sales team, manufacturers and management.
- Learn and continually improve product knowledge of 30+ foodservice equipment lines to bring added value to the sales process.
- Work with manufacturer’s customer service teams and outside salespeople to provide solutions to customer’s requests.
- Intentionally create a positive customer, co-worker, and manufacturer experience at every interaction.
